he's the co-protagonist of the zine, mr F. Luca (or louka, or luka... it's the same), he's a functionary, is, uh, really lame, he has lots of freckles everywhere and doesn't care about his clients. the only thing he likes are balloons.

just something to fill my immense lack of activity here. i'm drawing, i draw tons of stuffs but I don't have time/money to show you.

híjoles.. wacha la proporción del brazo que entra a la chamarra.. y el sombreado, que no concuerda con la iluminación tan fregona que le diste al globo.. el color esta de pocas tuercas.. me gusta la textura que le das a tus trazos.. bonito bonito.. Saludos!! :)
